How to connect Claude to ServiceNow

    Register your instance

    In the panel go to Instances, New. Enter a short alias (for example dev), the base URL, the technical user and its password. Flag it as Production if it applies: writes will ask for confirmation. Click Test connection and save. The credential is encrypted at that moment.

    Add the connector in Claude

    In Claude go to Settings, Connectors, and click Add custom connector. Enter a name and the server URL. No client ID or secret is needed: the server supports dynamic client registration.

    Authorize with OAuth

    Clicking Connect opens the Óptimo MCP authorization screen. Sign in with your panel account and click Authorize. You return to Claude with the connector active.

    Ask your first question

    Try “List my registered instances” or “How many open priority 1 incidents are on dev?”. The guided prompts help you get started by area.
