For ServiceNow teams in

The problem

Too much platform time goes into repetitive work

Repetitive configuration

Catalog items, assignment rules and flows built by hand over and over, with the risk of skipping a best practice.

Slow troubleshooting

Understanding why something fails means opening five screens, reading histories and cross-checking tables. Every incident costs hours.

Manual reporting

The monthly report and the technical write-up come from exporting, pasting and formatting. Time not spent improving the platform.

How it works

Three steps and you are working

  1. 1

    Add the URL in Claude

Add a custom connector with the server URL and authorize with OAuth. Nothing to install.

  2. 2

    Register your instances

In the panel, add each instance with a technical user. The credential is encrypted on save.

  3. 3

    Ask in plain language

Claude queries, troubleshoots or builds what you need, with validation first and an audit entry for every change.

FAQ

What people usually ask before the demo

Do I need to install anything?

No. Óptimo MCP is a remote server: in Claude you add a custom connector with the URL https://mcp.optimotech.co/mcp and sign in with OAuth. No Node, npm or terminal required.

Where do my data and credentials live?

Your instance credentials are encrypted on the server and never shown in the panel or in responses. The service does not store your conversations and does not use your data to train models.

What permissions does it need on my ServiceNow instance?

A technical user with the admin role or, at minimum, rest_api_explorer plus the bridge roles. We recommend starting on a development instance or PDI. On production, every write asks for explicit confirmation.

How much does it cost?

We offer a free 7-day trial plus Team and Consultancy plans. Pricing depends on the number of users or consultants; you can request a quote on the pricing page.

What support do I get?

Email support from a team in Colombia that works on ServiceNow every day, in Spanish and English. The Consultancy plan includes priority support.

Does it work with assistants other than Claude?

Óptimo MCP follows the Model Context Protocol standard and is tested with Claude on web, desktop and Claude Code. If you use another MCP client, write to us and we will review your case.
