Buying questions
Is the pilot free?
Yes. The pilot is a free 7-day trial on a development instance or PDI. When it ends you decide whether to sign up for a plan; there is no charge for the trial.
How is billing handled?
We issue electronic invoices from Colombia (OPTIMO TECH S.A.S., tax ID 901.957.428-4). For customers outside Colombia, currency and payment terms are agreed in the proposal.
How long is the contract?
The commercial license is signed for the period agreed in the proposal. You can add users or instances during the term.
Can I change plans?
Yes. If your team grows or you start serving several clients, you move from Team to Consultancy and we adjust the license.
Is training included?
The Team plan includes basic training. The full workshop with skills for presentations and technical reports can be added to any plan.
Do you sign NDAs or data processing agreements?
Yes. For enterprises and banks we sign an NDA and a data processing agreement (DPA) together with the license.
