Óptimo Tech and the OT symbol are trademarks of OPTIMO TECH S.A.S. (NIT 901.957.428-4, Bello, Antioquia, Colombia). They may not be used without prior written authorization, except to refer descriptively to the company or its products.
2. Third-party trademarks
ServiceNow, Now Platform and other related marks and logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of ServiceNow, Inc. in the United States and other countries.
Claude and Anthropic are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC.
Microsoft, Microsoft Bookings and Microsoft Clarity are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. HubSpot is a trademark of HubSpot, Inc. Google, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager are trademarks of Google LLC. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. Cloudflare and Turnstile are trademarks of Cloudflare, Inc.
Any other trademark, trade name or logo mentioned belongs to its respective owner.
3. No affiliation
Óptimo MCP works with Claude and is built for ServiceNow, but it is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by ServiceNow, Inc., Anthropic, PBC, or any of the other owners mentioned. Technical compatibility with their products does not imply a business relationship, certification or recommendation on their part.
4. Descriptive use
References to third-party trademarks on this site are descriptive and nominative: they are used only to identify the products with which Óptimo MCP is compatible or integrates, to the extent necessary for that purpose and without suggesting any connection. Óptimo Tech does not use third-party logos as elements of its own identity.
